Neil's Super light XTC

Posted by Chris Dalziel on

Neil came to us looking to build a super light single speed XC gun. The Giant XTC frame with a full custom build was the perfect solution. Its not often we get to do a full custom build on a Giant but the XTC frame is more then worthy of this kind of attention. Ridiculously light frame design, stiff chassis for maximum power transfer and nimble handling… what more do you want?

Neil didn’t hold back on the parts with this one. Enve rims on 240 hubs deliver an amazing level of performance and stiffness at minimal weight. Matched with an Enve carbon bar, Sram XX1 carbon cranks and carbon KS dropper post to keep things feathery light. Maxxis rubber, Fox factory series step cast forks and a single speed setup round out this super light XC dream machine.

A big thanks to Neil for giving us the opportunity to build up such a fast bike. Ride hard!
