FTR will be closed from the 24th of December till the 5th of January and will not be shipping orders at this time. We look forward to getting your orders out when we're back.
Price Match PolicyAs a small retailer we always do our best to match any prices from Australian Businesses that are directly comparable. We aim to be competitive when possible!
The product we "Price Match" must be the same as advertised. This includes Year, Model, Size and Colour. The item must also be available and in stock.
Although we will always strive to match prices, where not possible we will respectfully decline.

Complicated shipping calculators? Not us.
We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more, no matter where it is going right across Australia*. We ship most orders using the Australia Post eParcel system, which provides tracking information and allows us to ship to residential, business and Post Office box addresses.*Exclusions do apply.
Bulky items (such as frames, bikes and wheels) are sent using a Road Freight courier service. It's best if you specify an address where someone will be available to receive the goods. Post office boxes cannot be used for these items. Tracking details are also available for this service.
I need my order as fast as is humanly possible. Can you do it?
Sure! For starters, we ship all orders (no matter what shipping method) within 24 hours Tuesday to Friday (Shop Opening Hours). If you order before 11pm AEST, we'll get it packed up and shipped out the very same day!
If you really want it super quick, then you can opt to upgrade to Australia's Post "Express" eParcel service. This means that if you are in a metro area (as defined by Aus Post), you'll get your parcel the next business day. For everywhere else, Aus Post guarantee the fastest possible delivery.
Note that this upgrade is not available for large items. You can check the availability of this method at the cart or checkout.
Click and Collect
Swinging by in a hurry to get to your next ride or you just want to secure your goods before someone else does? Click and Collect is the option for you. Place your order online selecting 'Click and Collect' at checkout and we will pick your order for you, e-mailing you when it is ready. Then when you're next in just let one of our friendly staff know you placed an order and they will grab it for you. It's that easy!
Again, we want to keep life simple, so we have an easy returns policy for all online purchases.
Don't like it, send it back within 30 days. All items returned must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition. Once returned we will issue you with a credit for the value of the goods excluding freight.
It's that simple. We want you to be happy with every purchase from ForTheRiders.com. So if you don't like something, it doesn't fit, it's not your colour, the gift recipient already had one - we will credit your purchase, no questions asked. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to us and should you select another item will be charged freight outwards on this new order.

Complete Bikes and Frames
We are NOT able to send complete bikes or frames from Giant, Norco, Yeti, Devinci, Santa Cruz, Ibis and Liv. We can however ship frames / bikes from Pivot! All orders placed for a complete bike or frame from non-ship-able brands will be cancelled and a refund provided to the customer unless they are 'click and collect' and picked up in store.
