Description

The MAX type bearings by Enduro were introduced 20 years ago to cater to the specific challenges of mountain bike pivots. Compared to standard radial bearings, these bearings have a 35-40% higher load capacity. This is achieved through a unique design that maximizes the number of balls inserted into the bearing, thanks to custom-ground slots in the races. The deep race grooves, combined with the additional balls, provide excellent lateral support against the twisting and multi-directional forces associated with mountain bike pivots. This ABEC-3 bearing boasts deep-groove design races, Grade 10 balls, and full-contact, double-lip, labyrinth (LLU) seals for superior protection against the elements. It also maintains a 90% fill of Almagard extra high pressure grease inside for optimal performance.
