The BR-M6100 Deore is a hydraulic disc brake that offers many of the advanced features initially created for Shimano's high-end XTR and XT lines, providing excellent value. The lever has been updated with a shorter free stroke and faster brake engagement, with an added contact point to stabilize it against the handlebars for improved, powerful braking and reduced flex. In addition, the new Deore series brakes are I-Spec EV compatible, allowing for a cleaner cockpit setup by mounting a shifter or remote lever on the same clamp. The BR-M6100 also boasts a lightweight 2-piston caliper for reliable and lightweight braking performance in any conditions.
