William's Yeti SB150

Posted by Chris Dalziel on

Yeti's SB150 is a renowned descender. Offering 150mm of rear travel with a 170mm fork on 29" wheels this thing will monster truck its way through just about anything. The Switch infinity linage is remarkably composed on the descents and surprisingly the climbs as well. It's no XC whippet but the SB150 climbs better then what a 150mm bike should.

William came to us looking for a bike that would thrive on the descents yet take on the climbs when needed making the SB150 the perfect candidate. He didn't hold back on the build either selecting from the finest parts available to make one dreamy bike.

The bike has been kitted out with a full Sram XX1 Eagle drivetrain in its unmistakable gold finish. Pairing in nicely with the gold Kashima of the Fox Factory suspension for a match in aesthetic and top of the line performance alike. Braking is covered with the Sram Code RSC brakes. These are our go to for long travel Enduro bikes and for good reason, offering plenty of power with a controlled lever feel.

To top it off we built some custom wheels to match this custom bike. Crank Brothers Synthesis E11 rims on DT Swiss 240 hubs. This combination of modern carbon rim technology with the extremely light and reliable DT Swiss 240 hub makes for an incredible set of wheels that really set this bike off.

All said and done the bike looks amazing and boasts the performance to match. Enjoy the ride William!
